How long does the ride go for?
The entire journey with Arro Jet, from boarding to returning to the marine precinct, takes 45 minutes. As the exclusive operator from the Sea World marine precinct, you will be departing directly into the high-speed zone to ensure you have more time for exhilarating thrills and spins during your jet boat experience.

Our Arro Jet Boats incorporate cutting-edge modern technology to ensure a secure and thrilling experience. Our boats our designed by Jet boat specialists and are built here locally on the Gold Coast by some of the best boat builders in the country.
Rigorous daily checks and a robust maintenance regimen are applied to our jet boats. In addition to our internal safety management procedures, licensed marine safety experts independently audit our systems and processes. Ensuring the utmost priority is given to the safety of both our staff and passengers
Where does the journey take me?
Embarking from the Sea World marine precinct in Main Beach, this thrilling expedition guides passengers northward through the Gold Coast’s Broadwater, passing the Gold Coast Seaway, progressing toward Sovereign Island, and finally circling back to Sea World via Wave Break Island. Our skilled drivers customise the journey according to weather conditions, ensuring a safe and unforgettable experience for all.

Departs from Sea World marine precinct, waterside of the Sea World theme park car park, Main Beach.
Where can family and friends that are not on the Arro Jet watch the experience?
Family and friends can watch all the action from our exclusive viewing deck from Sea World Cruise Terminal. They can even enjoy refreshments from our onsite cafe & bar.
What's the best way to get to the Arro Jet terminal?
Experience the ultimate in convenience and luxury with our complimentary Coach Transfers from Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach to your thrilling Arro Jet Boat adventure. Simply select the transfer option when booking your ride, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Where can I park for the day?
Ample free parking is available onsite in Sea World theme park car park.
What is the age / height / size limit for the ride?
- The minimum age to ride is 5 years old; however, passengers must be at least 110 cm tall and 25 kg to ensure safety.
- Children 5-13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Our life jackets have a maximum chest size of 170cm or 67in.
What if I'm injury prone?
Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride.
Do I need a Sea World entry ticket to ride the Arro?
No, the Sea World marine precinct is seperate to the Sea World theme park. Simply park your car and head to the check-in terminal, located waterside of the Sea World car park.
Make a day of it by visiting the Sea World theme park before or after your journey. Talk to our team about our special combo ticket.
When do Jet boat rides depart?
Our Jet boat rides depart every hour from 8am til 5pm in Summer, 8am till 4pm in Winter.
What should I bring?
Sunglasses, comfortable footwear (they may get wet) and remember to Slip, Slop and slap! For international guests, this means wear sunscreen.
For safety reasons, the use of handheld personal cameras and video cameras are not permitted on board the Arro. You may wear action cameras on a headstrap only and is at the discretion of the Jet boat pilot.
Do I need to book ahead?
It’s up to you, but we do recommend pre booking your Jet boat experience. We do our best to fit all of our passengers in, but its common to book out in peak periods like school holiday periods. Book online or via phone, or book through any of our friendly ticketing agents.
