Welcome to the Arro Jet Accessibility Statement

In this accessibility statement, we aim to accurately describe our facilities and services so you can decide if our experience will suit you. Our team will work with you to ensure your Jet Boating experience is a fun-filled adventure you’ll never forget!

Arro Jet incorporates a high standard of safety systems, designed and approved by the appropriate authorities to ensure maximum safety for our guests. All guests must be able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to comply with verbal and written instructions.

Location

We are located at Sea World Cruises Terminal, Seaworld Dr Main Beach QLD 4217. Entrance to Sea World is not required.

Public Transport

  • Catch Bus Route 705 to Sea World Stop.
    Departs every 15 minutes from Burleigh Heads, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Main Beach.
  • Catch the G:link Tram to Main Beach Station and then catch Bus Route 705 to Sea World Stop.
    G:link departs every 8 minutes from Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Southport and Helensvale.

Disability Access

Arro Jet is a fully seated experience and requires the ability to hold onto the handrail and brace with your feet for the duration of the ride. To experience Arro Jet, all guests must be able to maintain the proper riding position, meet ride requirements, and be able to maneuver safely on and off of the vessel.

Arro Jet reserves the right to make the final determination regarding ride suitability in accordance with safety guidelines and the Arro Jet Management team, based on the information provided by each guest.

Guests are encouraged to speak to our friendly reservations team on (07) 5621 2887 prior to booking to ensure they are suitable to ride Arro Jet.

Assistance Animals

For the safety of the animal, we do not allow assistance animals on the Arro Jet. We can provide a place to secure assistance dogs and water whilst the owner is on Arro Jet.

Wheelchairs

Due to the nature of the experience, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs inside the vessel.

The Sea World Cruise terminal is DDA compliant. To see detailed information on the terminal, please visit Sea World Cruises. The pontoon can be accessed via wheelchair. If the guest can hold on firmly with their hands and brace with their feet and is suitable to ride the Arro Jet, the guest will require assistance from a carer to board on and off of the vessel safely.

Medical Conditions

If you have mobility or health problems you must inform us when booking.

If you have recently visited the hospital or have a pre-existing medical condition,  we ask that you consult your GP before participating. We do not recommend guests who are pregnant or have neck/back problems to ride Arro Jet.

Medical Conditions

National companion cardholders who purchase a ticket can receive admission for their companion at 50% RRP. Companion card bookings can only be made directly with the operator over the phone. A valid National, State or Territory companion card must be presented at check-in.
