- Children under 5 years old or smaller than 1.1m in height cannot participate.
- Children 5 – 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride.

- Catch the G:link Tram to Main Beach Station and then catch Bus Route 705 to Sea World Stop.
G:link departs every 8 minutes from Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Southport and Helensvale.
