I'm driving, where do I park?
Free parking is available on site at Sea World Theme Park. Please allow additional time for parking during peak holiday periods.
Arro Jet is located inside the Sea World Cruises terminal, which is on the riverside of the car park, next to the Sea World helicopter terminal.
What time is check in?
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Check in with the friendly customer service staff inside the Sea World Cruises terminal.
I have booked a transfer, where do I meet?
Please meet your driver at your scheduled pick up time at the Hopo Kiosk, located at Appel Park, Surfers Paradise.

How do I cancel my transfer?
If you no longer require your transfer from Surfers Paradise, please call to notify us on (07) 5621 2887.

The best form of transport is self-drive, Hopo Ferry, Translink Bus or using an Uber or Taxi service.

Do you operate in the rain?
Yes, Arro Jet operates in rain and most typical weather conditions, so your adventure can go ahead even if it’s wet, as you’re going to get wet anyway.
Don’t worry – we will provide ponchos for you if it’s raining!
For safety reasons, rides may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled in the event of severe weather such as storms, high winds, or dangerous water conditions.
If your ride is affected, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund in line with our cancellation policy, so you won’t miss out on the action.
Do you have lockers?
Yes we do. Store your belongings safely whilst you ride the Arro!
Can I take my phone?
For safety reasons, phones are not permitted during the ride.
No worries – we capture every moment with our onboard GoPro, and you’ll have the option to purchase the footage afterward!
Will I get wet?
You will most likely get a little wet. It’s all part of the experience!
Will I get sea sick?
To help with any potential sea or motion sickness from the jet’s spins and manoeuvres, sea sickness tablets are available during the pre-boarding briefing.
Do you accept cash?
We accept all card payments, however, please note we do not accept cash.
What is the minimum height requirement?
The minimum height requirement to ride the Arro Jet is 120 cm.

Through research, rescue, and conservation efforts, the foundation supports independent marine research projects, helping to expand our knowledge and appreciation of the ocean’s incredible biodiversity.
By promoting conservation and education, the foundation raises public awareness of critical marine issues and enhances scientific understanding of how we can better preserve the marine environment.
