Accessibility Statement
Arro Jet aims to be inclusive, however the experience may not be suitable to everyone. Due to high-speed turns and spins, there are important minimum safety requirements:
Passenger Safety Requirements
Arro Jet is an adventure experience, all guests must:
- Follow the verbal and written instructions of the Arro Jet team at all times
- Read and sign a Waiver of Liability at check-in
- Embark and disembark the vessel independently
- Hold the handrail and brace themselves with the footrest, to independently maintain an upright seated position, while the vessel conducts high-speed maneouvers
- Be accompanied by an adult if between 5-13 years of age
Safety cards are available with pictures to show the correct brace position.
Safety & Medical Considerations
Before participating, please consult your doctor (GP) if you have recently visited the hospital, are injured or have a pre-existing medical condition.
To ensure our safety obligations are met, Arro Jet is not suitable for:
- Children under 5 years of age, or under 110cm in height
- Pregnant women
- People with neck, back or heart conditions
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Wheelchair users
- Assistance animals
Departure Location
The Arro Jet departure point is located at the Sea World Cruises Terminal, Seaworld Dr, Main Beach Queensland 4217.
- FREE transfers are available on the luxury Arro Jet bus.
- Free parking is available at Sea World Marine Park precinct.
- Entrance to Sea World is not required.

Arro Jet Bus Transfers
FREE luxury Coach Transfers available from Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. The air-conditioned Arro Jet Bus will pick you up from your designated location and take you to the Sea World Cruises Terminal in Main Beach.
Simply select “WITH HOTEL TRANSFERS” when making your booking.
Hopo Gold Coast Ferry
Hopo Ferry can take you on a scenic journey, before your thrilling jet boat experience. The ferry service departs every hour, with 5 stops:
- Surfers Paradise
- HOTA, Home of the Arts
- Marina Mirage
- Southport Broadwater Parklands
- Sea World (Arro Jet departure location)

Public Transport
- Catch Bus Route 705 to Sea World stop
Departs every 15 minutes from Burleigh Heads, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Main Beach.
- Catch the G:link Tram
Go to Main Beach Station, then catch Bus Route 705 to Sea World Stop.
G:link departs every 8 minutes from Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Southport and Helensvale.

Companion Card Holders
National companion cardholders who purchase a ticket, can receive a discount of 50% RRP for their carer/companion. Companion card bookings can be made by calling our friendly team (07) 5621 2887. A valid National, State or Territory companion card must be presented at check-in.
